Fired magnesia-chrome bricks are made of high-quality magnesia and chrome ore with fine proportioning. The content of Cr₂O₃ is adjusted according to different needs. The products have excellent thermal stability and high-temperature performance. They are widely used in cement kilns, non-ferrous metal smelting furnaces, etc.
Direct-bonded magnesia-chrome bricks use chrome ore with low impurity content and high-quality high-purity magnesia as raw materials, formed under high pressure, and fired at a high temperature above 1700℃. They have good high-temperature performance and strong resistance to slag erosion.
Semi-rebonded magnesia-chrome bricks and rebonded magnesia-chrome bricks use part or all of fused sand (fused synthetic sand) as raw materials. They are produced through fine proportioning, high-pressure forming, and ultra-high temperature calcination. They have good particle bonding degree, high product strength, and good volume stability. They are widely used in RH, AOD, VOD and other external refining devices, non-ferrous metal smelting furnaces, etc.
